Dear Sir,
When I heard about, and saw, the great results other people had achieved
through your toolkit, I decided it was time to do something about my weight.
Although I was a little bit scared and daunted at the process before me
I made the decision of a lifetime and regained my true self.
On the 13th of July I started my program and although, at first, it was
difficult to break from "old habits", I stuck to it and made
invaluable lifestyle and habit changes on the way. Sixteen weeks later,
I had shed 40kg (125kg to 85kg) – or as my friends say, "I
lost two bags of cement"! I lost 31cm off my waist, 25cm off my hips
and 23cm off my chest.
My friends and family are impressed and proud of my weight loss and I
am looking forward to surprising my mum in Melbourne who doesn’t
know I have lost weight. I’m sure she’ll be impressed!
Once again, thank you. I have appreciated all the support you have given
me throughout the program. I will definitely recommend your program to

I really appreciate all of the helpful articles and ebooks you have sent
me. They have been great! Anyways, since about 3 1/2 months ago, when
I ordered your program, my goal has been to gain as much weight as I could,
period. I am one of those skinny people who have never been able to gain
any weight whatsoever without losing it the next week. So, I started pumping
the calories, guzzling the protein/carb shakes, and I chose the Max OT
workout program to lift weights. My starting weight was 140lbs. I now
weigh 169lbs and have raised my bench press 65lbs!! All that I want right
now is to bulk to about 200 and then start to tone down any fat that I
have. Thanks for all the helpful advice!

I have read the book and really like it. I have been lifting for about
3 years now. I really wish I would have found this book 3 years ago. It
lays every thing out nice and neat. It is well written and was an enjoyable
read. The book confirmed a lot of things that I already knew and I picked
up several tips and web links that have helped immensely. Thanks for the
book and for opening the doors to other e-books and resources. It doesn't
matter what "plan" or training principles you use. The most
important thing you can do (besides eating, training and recovery) is
to educate yourself. It's a lot easier to read this book than to waste
a year or two learning the hard way.

Thank you for your e-mail. I started in the Gym last year as per the
instructions are given the Toolkit, After 5 months training I felt that
anything was wrong. Because in the Gym my friends don't have clear information
about this subject and the instructors to. Than I bought your book and
I'm very happy with the information that I'm reading, because now I have
a target , a direction to follow. Now , step by step I'm putting all things
together and I'm change my life style. It's not so easy, but I believe
that is possible !Thank for your assistance and time to write this guide.
